I seem to be having an issue with TC on my aegis X. I'm running a 316l fused clapton build at .3 ohm. And I cant get TC to work, because the resistance reading jumps around. Thing is, it only does it in TC mode. In wattage mode, it stays stable. Rising very gradually as the coil heats up. I don't get it.

Resistance is supposed to rise as the coil heats up - in fact, that's how the mod measures the change in temperature. Otherwise, how is the TC working? If there are other problems, let us know your settings and we'll see what we can do.

The resistance reading jumps from .3 to .5 immediately after hitting the fire button. So the wattage drops to <1. But this is only happening in TC mode. In wattage it rises from .3 to .33, maybe .35. Which is more what I’d expect.

What atomizer u use?
Make sure the post screws are tight
Make sure the 510screw on the atomizer is tight
Make sure to the coil is not touching the deck or is very close and touches when it heats up...

Fortunately, it looks like my build is the problem. Threw another rda on it this morning, and the TC worked just fine. Everything is tight and centered. So I think I just need to break down and rebuild.
