Just curious what the best resistance coil to use for a specific voltage? Any charts out there? I'm using ego style batteries with my EVOD tanks, not really having a problem but just curious what people use or what would be considered optimum. 2 of my batteries show 3.9 volts through most of their use, and I have a twist that I just set at 4 volts. I've been using 2.2 or 2.5 ohm coils.

The "best" is the combination that provides you the most enjoyable vaping experience. Unlike Topacka, I couldn't imagine pushing that many watts. I usually ran between 8.5 and 10 watts, depending on the juice. That gives me what I like as does what Topacka does meets his needs.

My current set up is 1.3 ohms and 3.5 volts giving me 9.42 watts.

Here is an ohms law calculator and a reverence chart.

It's all up to personal preference.

I wouldn't vape a carto at more than 12 watts because you can burn the polyfill.

But my preferred wattage is 25 - 30 watts (.55 ohm coil at 4.2 - 3.7 volts).

best to add what you are doing it with too....

yup im doing 30 watts on polyfill and no juice I luv the taste of formaldehyde ;)
