[RESOLVED] Why is the DIY yellow box warning everywhere?

Ok, DIY, modding etc. have those yellow box warnings when you open that sub forum. So I just went to check my PM's and a daunting yellow box message is coming up for DIY...? This one: READ THIS BEFORE ATTEMPTING ANY e-liquid PROCEDURE... And then it goes on for half a page with DIY warnings and disclaimers.

It's showing on every ECF page now, no matter where you are in the forum. Same as the Call To Action yellow box alerts.

I have to assume this is an oopsie that somehow got away from the DIY sub forum?
