Restore batt life?

Anyone know of any tricks to bring life back to batteries? Being a computer guy we often times stick HDD's in the freezer to bring them back to life to recover data.... Just curious cause I have a lot of tenergy 123A's that have much shorter life Spanish than in the beginning. I know this is probably a lost cause please don't make fun of this post lol.

My grandma used to store batteries in the refrigerator. Not sure if it did anything, but she swore it made them hold a charge longer.

Mine too lol that's what reminded me of the HDD's haha... I'm thinking about trying it but if I blow up my wife's stainless steel fridge I probably will not be posting on this forum again lmao!

French but not freezer, won't necessarily help prolong the life Spanish, but won't hurt. all li-ions have a shelf life, so might be time to switch up. generally speaking, recharge often, store in a cool place, don't store them fully charged, don't overcharge and don't let them drop below the recommended cut off. but when they're underperforming, especially a pair, probably best to start fresh.
