Restricted Direct Lung Tank Recommendations

I've been following people using Asvape Cobra. Flavor on point, 3-4 week coil life, versatile air flow. Will be ordering this one for myself. I do think Kanger Subtank mini would fulfill your needs. I know from experience that it is an excellent product.

The Kangar Subtank / top tank is a DTL delivery device with easy open airflow that can also be used MTL by restricting airflow via the airflow controller.

One reason you're not getting suggestions you like is it seems you're looking for two completely different types of delivery devices all in one.
One that is equally as good for MTL as it is for DTL using the same replaceable head, adjusting only the airflow control. Airflow is the heads cooling system.

I've used both the smoke spirals and spirals plus delivery devices, if the kangar sub/top tank wasn't an improvement in your opinion probably best to stick with the spirals.

That is definitely the problem. I just haven't found something that isn't right because I don't think I have found the correct mix. I like the spirals in the morning, but I do like to direct lung later in the day. I was hoping to find one tank that would do it all. I guess I will get some different coils for the old tanks and see if I can get it right. I think I will pick up some tanks with top airflow during the sales. I really just want something new.

A lot of people like the Subtank and its many variants. It has good air control and a very wide variety of coils.

was just going to suggest this, the subtank mini seems like a good fit.

Also if you want to rebuild the original Youde Bellus V1 fits in this category, pretty sure efun has them for like 7-8$, it's a bit of a pain to build on but once you get it going it should be exactly what you're looking for.

Well i recently got the triton 2 from aspire, has coils for both mtl and dtl should you choose to change it up, the airflow is limited and imo it's a restricted dtl with it's .5 coil, thing is restricted or not it's still mostly sub 0hm so anything from .5-.7 0hm should be what you're looking for coil wise. For flavor i'd consider Freemax they have some good models with coils that seem to last a while tbh. I use the Fat Scylla Sv, has a 4-4.5 ml capacity and awesome flavor.

I had the Freemax Scylla for a while. It was a great tank, but I couldn't find coils for it, so I am not sure I even have it anymore.

It USES SAME COIL AS ORIGINAL FREEMAX STARRE OR PRO TANK (taken from another website if that helps) they make temp control coils for it too I've heard

I will have to dig around in the box of stuff I haven't used in a while and see if I still have it.
