No. I get mine from ebay. 4-5 bucks for 100ft roll.

I don't know of any place to buy other than online. That hobby lobby stuff won't work. I've actually got some I was going to try to use for low resistance legs, but I couldn't ever determine if it was really silver or not. If it's silver it won't provide any (much) resistance. If it's not silver, who the heck knows what it is and what sort of metals it contains? It seemed too cheap to me to be silver, so I never used it for anything.

Nevermind. Found a cape shop 15 miles away that has it. This is the only cape shop within 50 miles of me. Lucky break!!

Temco has the best prices I've found. What's a "cape" shop. Lol.
