Returning after a long break

Hi everyone! I joined in 2009 and read just about everything on the forums and vaped for awhile. After some time, I found my throat was getting too irritated to deal with and then had some major life upheavals and ended up smoking cigarettes again.

I'm trying to get back up to speed on the technology and learn about the new styles and models, so I'll be lurking a lot and maybe asking questions here and there.

Recently while doing a bit of traveling I picked up a disposable e-cig on a long flight I decided I'd like to try vaping again.

Previously, I tried several different models and liked the convenience, refilling, and hand feel of a pen style. DSE 801s at the time. I was repacking my own carts and cleaning my atomizers to try and save money and liked that aspect.

I am interested in the new tank styles, but am not sure how reusable and long-lasting they are and what types work well. I think I'll just jump back into vaping with an inexpensive pen-style and then explore other options as I go. What's the favorite around these parts?

Ooh, that certainly is pretty! Thanks Racehorse! I noticed a lot of people put those square big battery mods on them too. Nice to have upgrade options.

Put a kanger protank 2 or a protank mini 2 on top of the innokin.

then there is the esmart: only 350mAH though, won't last as long as the above and less feautres: and less adaptable.......but small

and if you want REAL small, the Joyetech eROLL.......comes in PCC charging case, more of a cigalike though, tiny tank, etc. But looks real classy, PCC case charges it and looks like an Iphone case

I saw another model with a charging case on a site I was browsing and I love the idea. Quite handy! I actually carry around a little battery for charging my iPhone and have found it useful for other USB devices so a charging case may be unnecessary, but I do like the idea of being able to have everything in a little case so it doesn't get all mixed around in my bag. It would be a nice bonus to have the power.

After spending the night reading and browsing through online shopping sites, I've decided on a few criteria for what I want. If anyone sees any glaring problems please feel free to point them out.

510 compatible threading, so I can use a wide variety of parts
automatic battery (i have tendinitis so don't want to be pushing a button all the time)
glass tank with changeable heads for easy replacement

USB passthrough so I can hook up to my computer



Thinking about trying all VG juice this go around, I think the PG was too harsh. May use a mixture.

Anything else I should consider? The EGo models seem to have quite a few different models to choose from so I'll probably go with one of those for a starter kit. FT has some fab process, but not a lot of selection so I may get a starter kit elsewhere.
