Any way I'm looking for a decent mini rta to build. My last build was the Serpent mini.I like 3ml -5ml tanks for switching up during the day.Any ideas for simple builds.I'm using the old SX mini from 2015.

Hi Dave,
Welcome back.
Do you still have the Serpent mini?
How and with what, had you been building the mini?
If the batteries for the SX are 4 or more years old, it maybe time to buy some new cells.

Cheers

Obviously the goal is to get off the addiction to nicotine too, but I am of the camp that believes the first goal should be to get off smoking (and stick with it). Nicotine withdrawal takes time.

I've read several people, myself included, that have found it easier to quit smoking by using a pod device and higher dose nicotine salt ejuice as a supplement to vaping classic ejuice. That's because nicotine salt tends to deliver more nicotine, quicker (much more like smoking). Most of these devices are inexpensive, and a 30mg bottle nicotine salt ejuice can last much longer than classic ejuice (because you won't be using the device or juice as often). A few puffs on a pod, and not only do I have no want to buy smokes, the thought of doing so is nasty. That's a win ;)

Piggy backing on Darren, the Vladdin RE is much like smoking. Nice drag from a carpenter pencil shaped device so the other habits can also be satisfied.
I've tried all kinds of devices and that one gets it done most effectively.

I still smoke some (because I didn't want to stop completely, just cut way Back) and the Vladdin squashes the urge to smoke everytime.

I don't do tanks, but from the RDAs I've used, I'd say the tank I'd go with is the rebirth. Seems itd build easily, and wick even more so, important from what I hear of for tanks. As for salts, I'm in the agree camp. I use 3mg salts, and currently cutting most of my juice 50/50 with 0mg. To me, good salt nic can relieve the urge far more satisfactorily than freebase or smooth salts.

Whatever works for you applies, but I suspect most people who fail at vaping lower their dosage of nicotine too quickly. My doctors told me it's more addictive than ....... I don't know if I believe that, but their key point was nicotine is addictive. It takes time to get off it, but smoking is worse for us. People who vape don't wake up or get up coughing their lungs out.

The point? Use whatever level of nicotine works for you, so you stay away from smoking. Take your time lowering the dose, so you succeed.

Best,
Darren

Thanks for the great info. I will look into the salt ejuice as I'm not strong on quitting my addiction.

Welcome to the friendly bunch :)

Glad you've decided to stop again...i've been there also. There are lots of RTA's which would suit....this one is the serpent elevate...might suit you and very good price too...

$9.71 Serpent Elevate Styled RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer - 3.5/4.5ml / stainless steel + glass / 24mm diameter at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Packages take a week or so but they're trustworthy vendors. Do yourself a search on here for other RTA's you might like......good luck :)
Thanks Charlie. That more or less what I'm looking for. Cheap for now.
