Really great info guys, I really appreciate it.
whom ever guessed Kayfun you're right. Kayfun lite to be exact. I still have a coil in there that reads 2.4 ohms.

I still have a ton of kanthal wire from Kidney puncher and a whole bag of organic cotton balls.

I will be sure to avoid crap batteries like Efest. Although I have 4 in my drawer that I used for years that are pretty much shot anyways. Probably not going to explode at this point Id like to think. :)

I also have a dual coil trident, two iclear thingies and a crap load of carto tanks and cartos.
Also a ton of stuff I don't remember what it is. Looks like rebuildable tanks to me. Really I have a whole drawer of fun still. lol.

I am still a big dripper. I have trouble committing to a flavor. :)
I have long barrel HH357 that I used for years and has never failed me. I thought about picking up a few more of those unless someone recommend something better. I tried a rebuildable dripper but I never got as clean of a flavor.

Does juice expire? Most of this stuff is over two years old or just about.

Thanks again for the kind words and the warm welcome back.

HH 357! Man I thought I had the latest & greatest when I spurged on a couple of those when they came out, brings back memories for sure. Actually vaping on those was about the last time I dripped, just never really enjoyed it. Kayfun & p 2.5 even more memories, great vape and still have a few and although I don't vape those either, I have never moved that far away. Still vaping similar tanks and mods but still mtl at 20 ish watts. I tried one sub ohm tank last year and it just wasn't for me. It was weird because everyone said with sub ohm tanks and much higher power you have to decrease your nic, well I dropped from 18 &24mg (my norm) to 9 or 12 and couldn't get that TH I was use to, so I moved back to my norm and found it was fine. I found it easy to DL vape on sub ohm, at hi nic, pretty much like I do on mtl rtas, anyways I didn't see why I had to suck in all that extra vapor, found it kind of silly so I stopped after a day. I was a smoker for 30 years and never DL hit a cig like that, so why would I vape all that extra vapor. Anyways good luck my friend and as for old e liquid, I found some juices last a good couple years while some go off in 6 months. When my old juices went off, they got super dark and streaky looking, like there were separating particles throughout

Hey guys/Gals.

I am back.
I have been gone about just over two years. I recently got a new job that has turned up the stress level and I started smoking again. I immediately regretted the first puff and have since threw out the cigarettes and opened up the old vape drawer and dusted off the old mods.

Strangely enough it actually feels good to be back. Most of my juice is old but still does what it needs to do for now.

I am feeling a bit behind the "trend" using my Provari mini. Half the stuff in my drawer I don't even remember what its called any more. Some rebuildable tank thingy made in Germany. Lol.
Also have a couple long barrel thingamajigs. Atomizer? The label is worn off. I really cant remember what these things are or who made them. It's been out of mind for quiet a long time now.

Couple questions.

My favorite juice was Ms t's Snicker doodle. I see their gone now. Where does one find a good replacement?

Is rebuilding still the thing to do or is there better things now? I was using cotton wick, is there a better wicking material now?

Sub ohms still a thing? When I quit it was the "cool kid" thing to do but was pretty unsafe.

Provari mini still ok, or worth upgrading to something newer?

I have some smok mech mod with a spider on the bottom. Not sure if its still considered a decent mod or not. I assume not.

Lastly most my batteries are shot and only last about 1/3 of the day. Efest still good?

Don't get me wrong here guys. The main point is to stay away from cigarettes. I am the type of guy that if I am going to do something I need to be doing it "the best". I have issues I know.

Thanks for reading my post. Sorry for all the questions.

Provari mini still ok. I have 5 of them. And if you plan to stock up for when the new FDA regs go through now is a good time to buy them ($29.99). A good place to buy good batteries. I use AW IMR batteries exclusively because they are some of the best. They cost a tiny bit more but my thinking is safety first. Flashlights and Authentic AW Batteries - RTD Electronix

As far as MTL vs DTL it's a personal choice. Both are ok. Everyone does whichever they like best. Whatever keeps them from smoking.

A mod that came out not too long ago that many of us really like is the Eleaf Pico. Nice little device that takes one 18650 bat and not very expensive. Here is a good company to buy it from Eleaf iStick Pico 75W TC Base Kit

If you have to be stealthy about vaping (like at work) there are now many new devices that are small and all-in-one (AIO) with bat and tank built in. I really like ICare for that purpose and for $20 I have the device plus 20 extra coils. Eleaf iCare 650mah

Awesome info guys. Keep it coming.

I found a couple mech mods in one of my other drawers that I had set a side. Not sure what they are. I might need to take a photo and post it lol. I'm sure one can be identified by the spider on the bottom, made by Smok.

Thanks again fellas. More comments are welcome.
