Reuleaux RX200 problems

I've had my RX200 for a few days now but I am having a little trouble with it.

When I bought it I put 3 new Samsung 25R batteries in it and plugged it up to charge. The battery meter did not move after about 2 hours. I took the batteries out and checked the voltage on them. Battery #1 was at 3.6V, #2 was at 3.6V and #3 was at 2.4V.

Thinking that one of the batteries might have been bad out of the box I bought 3 more batteries. I then charged them with my LUC to 4.2V. When I tried to use it the screen says check battery and the meter still shows no charge.

Am I missing something or doing something wrong?

Have you updated the software? What version are you running?

The Firmware was version 1.05. I just updated to 1.08. Still getting the check battery message.

Have you tried a different tank? Also have you tried to clean your connections?
