Rev3 issues

I just received a Rev3 and I am having some issues with it. No matter what setting I have it at it produces teh burning taste on 2.8 ohm vivis. Same for SR Boge cartos and SR V2 vision clearos. The only thing so far that has worked is a 1.5 ohm DCT but my problem with DCTs is that they ALWAYS flood on me.

Sooooo, I guess my question is what is a good match for this device?

Also does the Rev3 "run hot"? 4v + 2.8 ohms should work just fine but its not.....

Cant comment on anything but the vivi nova
I bought the vivi nova and tried it on my rev3 and nothing but burnt taste. I went through each head that came with it and the same results. I have experimented with rewicking them and now they work fine. I dont think the stock vivi heads use the best material.

I have used 510 DCCartos on the rev 3 and they work great.
I hardly ever use anything but the 4 volts setting on my Rev3

I use a LR boge on my rev3 at 5 or 6v constantly. i've not experienced a burnt taste

pbsuardo just did a youtube review on the rev 3 and according to him it does run hot , 4 volt setting runs closer to 4.5-4.7

First batch of Vivi Novas arent good. The 2.5 ones are better
Also always tilt upside down and swirl before taking a drag otherwise yuo will get burnt taste
I have the REV3 also and I have to do that even do that with the vivi nova on my lavatube
