I just saw this on vapordna via VapingCheap...

Revel RDTA (Rebuildable Dripping Tank Atomizer)

The Revel RDTA Rebuildable Dripping Tank Atomizer is an innovative design developed and manufactured by EHpro. It's their second #NotaClone RDTA. This RDTA allows user to drip by pressing down the drip tip from its 2.5 ml juice capacity tank. This method allows E-juice to travel from the main reservoir to the base of the RDTA. The base of the RDTA is a redesigned 3 posts RDTA that you can perform many different builds on. The adjustable airflow control allows user to find the perfect airflow for that desired preference.

Thoughts? Experiences?

I was just coming here to ask this. And IF anybody has had their hands on one are they better than the Pontus?

And this is why I thought I would get a place started... so we can discuss once they land :)

I kind of like that they differentiated it as an R(D)TA versus just an RBTA or RTA or RDA... but I think we are getting quite a few acronyms...

Looks interesting... Check out the build deck that's removable from the base, yes the three post build deck unscrews from the base where the 510 connection is (Around 3:50)!!

Maybe I'm the only one here but I like my Pontus, probably because it vapes more like an RTA instead of an RDA.

Very interesting!!! Thanks!! And to be honest I've only tried my Pontus once. Was having trouble with the coils or wick hitting the sides. And moved on to something else. I've heard a lot that love it! I'll have to revisit.

That is my main question. What is the difference between Pontus and revel? I haven't watched the video yet. Removable deck. Interesting but why? Easier to build?

He needs to cut his fingernails.

I am not sure that this device brings anything new to the table that will set it above the Big Dripper, other than it looks like less of a pain in the buttocks to build on. The aesthetics are nothing special, the steel window section just decreases the capacity for no good reason, other than maybe trying to look like the Squape R?
It has a smaller juice well in the build section than the BD, which means it could be more prone to leaking if you over use the plunger (due to the airhole positions).

I would rather see them bring out a modified version of the glass tank BD clone than this, just a deck redesign would probably suffice.

I think they came out with this to further their #NotAClone agenda, which I am happy with... sort of. I still want to see less costly items coming from them, clone or not.

Am I the only one who would love to see this thing cloned (1:1) ASAP and being sold for $8 ? ;)

I just ordered mine tonight. I have the Pontus and I do like it. The only small issue I have is that as I chain vape it auto drips unless i use at least 80 VG, and sometimes even then. I assume it's because of the heat from the coil thinning the juice in the tank. Thankfully it doesn't leak and it doesn't auto drip when it's just sitting. I'm hoping the heat sink fins on the Revel will help with that.

My Big Dripper does the auto-drip thing a bit too, I just put it down to me sucking too hard on it and that causing a vacuum effect (the juice being sucked down into the chamber to balance it out).
It does not auto-drip enough to be helpful though, I still need to press the plunger every few hits.

Hey guys, is there any updates on the revel RDTA by ehpro? thought of getting one, but would like to hear some reviews first. I usually vpe at .2 to .3 ohm builds at 60 to 80 watts with my sigelei 100 watts, unsure if this revel will be able to catch up with that heat. hmm
The billow by the same company was just released and looks to handle .25 builds by some early reviewers. Haven't heard much about the Revel though

It's ok... Very similar to the big dripper but without the reduced chamber... I'm running dual 28ga at 0.5 ohm kanthal with rayon... Dripping system works well but I'm waiting to see if it leaks a lot... Flavor... 6/10 ease of build 8/10... Very wide open air flow...

I have about 6-10 more builds to throw in it before I give a better review but this is my prelim review
