I love almost everything about this mod but there is one issue with it that causes me to be very unhappy with my purchase, shelling out $75 for this mod (store purchase). That issue is battery life, one of the most important things for a mod.

When I originally bought the mod, I had in mind to use it with my velocity v2 at about 25-30 watts (higher ohm build with tighter airflow). I figured that the battery would last just as long as a regular 18650 that is 2500mah. I was so surprised when the battery went from a full charge to half in such a short period of time at 25W. I then decided to use the mod with a nautilus 2 at 12W & on a full charge, I was shocked that the battery lasted as long as my target mini (which has a much smaller battery) using the nautilus 2 at 12W. This is simply unacceptable. They got it all right but this, a big problem. I reget buying this mod over another mod and wouldn't have bought it had I known this issue with battery life.

It is not my intention to speak bad about vaporesso and I still think they are a great company. This was my experience & I'm assuming that other people may have this issue too. If not then mine is defective and i need to send it back to vaporesso for a replacement. I would like to hear other people's experiences & feedback about this issue. Thanks.

This is why i use mods with replaceable 18650 batteries, dosen't matter how long they last as I've got backups if needed.
I definitely learnt my lesson this time around. Internal battery mods are going to be something I stay away from, even if it has decent reviews. I should've realized that if I am happy with my Revenger and AL85 which use external batteries, I should stick with what I know works for me. Oh well, I'll take it as a learning experience.

I'd love to hear some feedback from those who have the Revenger Mini.
I don't have the Revenger Mini, but I can add my experience with regulated mods in general.

I would always choose a mod that uses external batteries over one that uses internal batteries. Period. Needs no further explanation.

I have within the past year used a 3-battery mod (Wismec RX200), a dual battery mod (Segelei Fuschai 213 Plus), and a single battery JAC Vapour series B DNA75W. I have six Samsung 30Q 3000mah 15 amp batteries that I purchased at the same time from the same vendor which I rotate equally. I always vape around 30 watts. Same Uwell Crown tank with 0.5 ohm coils.

I get a day's worth of battery use with all three devices. One would think I should get more useful battery time with a multiple battery mod, but no I don't. I attribute the better battery life with the JAC's DNA chip set, as that is the only differing factor that makes sense to me.

I'd love to hear some feedback from those who have the Revenger Mini.

I have a Revenger mini and vape all day about 15mls at about 5o to 65 Watts using mostly .2 or .15 coils.

I needed to recharge it several times during the day as well. That’s why I bought the Revenger X. Love everything about the Revenger series but the minis battery life is too short for my style of vaping.

That is surprising. I had always assumed that there wasn't a huge difference between internal and external batteries other than lipo versus lion in some devices. I only have one device (oddly enough a Vaporesso) that uses an internal battery and it functions as I would expect it to. I googled your device/issue (used the thread title) and immediately found that other people were saying the same thing, and that the mod possibly doesn't charge the internal battery up to 4.2 Volts like you would want it to.
