been off the cigs just over a week now, started with joyce 510 which did the job but found batteries die to quickly (ok for home use but not at work) also have to add a drop pretty much every time i use to get decent hit, so just switched to ego w.

battery lasts all day (excellent) liquid tank lasts all day (excellent) good throat hit and plenty of vapour (excellent)

probs one minor one major so here goes.
tried 3 diff juices all are ok but leave a slightly sickly sweet aftertaste (are they all like this?)

find occasionaly the sponge inside the mouthpiece is soacked with liquid and this can leak into mouth (not very pleasant at all) is this common or what can be done about it.

help appreciated.

Congrats and welcome to ECF. I can tell you that all juices don't have a sweet aftertaste. I can't recommend juices from the UK b/c I'm in the US and only order from our vendors. As far as the juice in mouth issue, it seems like your using a atty and cart combo. I recommend you switch to cartos(cartomizers). That should work better for you.

Welcome , and if your getting juice in your mouth , you may be drawing on the PV a bit too hard . Not at all like regular cigs . Just draw very lightly , for a longer pull . Juices with more VG , tend to taste sweeter than juices heavy in PG . You might try ordering some samples , higher in a PG content . You will get a little less vapor , but won't come off so sweet .

You need a fat battery model like Joye Ego or Riva 510 or Kgo (or a 510-threaded mod and I recommend 3.7v) w/ a cartomizer tank (for example Jtank from electronicstix or others) and if you really want your battery to last all day then I do not recommend the dual coil carto tanks since they eat the charge twice as fast as a standard resistance Boge and probably 50% faster than a 2 ohm Boge carto.

These models are 650mah and up. 100mah is about 1 hour of moderate vaping with a standard resistance atomizer or cartomizer. There is a Kgo many buy that I think is 1100mah. But if you vape heavily or use low resistance cartomizer you lower the amount of time the charge lasts. If you are a chain vaper then I recommend a passthrough with an inline battery?

If you buy a mod instead (uses removable industrial protected or AW IMR batteries) then spare charged batteries are smaller to bring along.

Re juices - what is the PG/VG of your juices? Both PG and VG are sweet but PG is less sweet and leaves less film in the mouth. PG is also thinner, lets through the most flavor and nicotine hit as well as nicotine irritation but makes thin vapor. VG is thick (too thick for most cartomizers alone) dulls everything PG lets through and adds thicker vapor. I use 80PG/20VG and I don't get much sweet aftertaste unless I use sweet juices. Note - some tobaccos are sweet - many of the RY4's, 555's Flue-Cured, etc are sweet flavors.

Drip tips should help with the juice in mouth problem.

...actually, he is using an eGoW which is a tank system(I think) and drip tips won't fit...to the OP, taking a lighter, longer hit can be key AND with the tank system(it is a tank cart, isn't it) condensate can build up in the mouth piece section of the cart...if so, not much can be done about it...that slow, lite pull can help with that as well...cartomizers(which you should consider trying) also produce condensate but, because of their shape and the filler, the condensate just kinda mixes back in to the filler............
