If you already contacted CS then you are on the list for caps. The problem is these carts were never made for caps. And we DEMANDED them. So now they have to make caps to fit these carts and we are just waiting for them to let us know when they are ready. Coming back from Chinese New Year recently however I am sure they are pretty busy catching up orders first. We tell people soon, because this IS in the works and we WILL be getting them. However if we give out any dates or even guesses, we risk pissing off many customers if we are wrong. But no worries we are pushing this on a daily basis in order to hurry it up. The good news is that all future orders of carts and blanks will automatically come with caps.

Ah, kewlness...wasn't aware that by asking I was put on a list to get them.
That's one of the reasons I went with the Gemini, I read how you guys listened to your customers and really work to get complaints resolved even if it means having to get a little rough with suppliers. It's hard to find companies these days that take customer satisfaction that seriously. I don't know about anyone else, but I really appreciate it.

I've got myself the Gemini and love it I'm just trying to find compatable blank carts. And for the life of me I can't get an answer about why the stock Gemini carts that come with the kit. Fit snug in the heavy atty. But are loose in the standard Gemini Atty?
The blank carts that are about to come in stock fit perfect. If your carts do not fit right you need to contact customer service via email (customer-service@revolvercig.com) so they can help you out.
