So i just purchased my standard 100ml bottle, but there was not a place to use my rewards points. Has something changed?

Sorry to ask but I just need to make sure. Are you logged in with an AVE account or are you using guest checkout?
Please disregard last post. It seems that they don't offer guest checkout. I would log a support ticket with them. Just curious. When you place your order they typically email a receipt which also states the number of rewards points you've earned on that purchase. Is it showing anything on your receipt?
I had the same Problem, Sent in a ticket and after a few days got a response, went back and logged in and they were there.
I have not received a conformation email on the last 4-5 orders.....I will send in a support ticket. Thanks guys!
