I am glad this is resolved!! We actually got "redeployed a newer version of the Loyalis software" that should resolve most if not all of the technical issues. The deployment was this AM.

With regard to the Rewards program - there's two things at work...

1) Most (if not all?) business don't allow people to combine offers. 20% is a healthy discount - adding another 7% to that kinda blows our cost model. The rewards can only be redeemed for full price product. That said, if you accumulate enough rewards, the cost is virtually nil - free liquid- since you can use a $20 rewards coupon for a free 30ml bottle, for example. As an added bonus, rewards points are accumulated on the orders that also include discounted product... for example, a 15ml bottle purchased at 20% off yields 8 gold coins.

2) Our implementation of the Loyalis rewards programs generate coupon codes - unfortunately the BigCommerce system only allows for a single coupon to be used on any single order. If the order is sizable, there's no reason why you can't place two separate orders for $50 or more, for example, get free shipping on both, and leverage both offers. There's lots of way to manipulate the system (I'm aware of most if not all of them) - and - offers are there and intended to be used... I actually encourage people to abuse them ;)

It still having some issues with properly crediting gold coins for purchases once shipped. It's 3rd party administered - I confess, we're frustrated with it. We're considering dumping the whole damn thing. We transitioned to it because the old rewards program was a logistical nightmare and we needed one less thing to worry about. Loyalis works most of the time... but... Yea.

I understand your frustration with them, but my advice would be to share your frustration with the vendor and let them figure out the what is causing the issue. It will be a pain in the short run, but once it is operating properly, it will be worth it.

Then...use the issue/frustration during your next negotiations with the them to get a better deal or maybe some free support.

I'm a solution kinda guy - seems like every time I get into anything that is 3rd party administered I run into issues. Not only have we spoiled you - we've spoiled ourselves. When we buy or invest in something, we expect it to work.
