I just noticed that it cost more gold chips to get a coupon when you use blue chips. Shouldn't it cost more gold chips when you use only gold chips?

Yeah, my gold total actually went down after my last order. I had enough to get a $10 off coupon, but decided to wait to get it up to $20, after I placed my order I noticed that it went down and I no longer had enough for the coupon. And I still have not seen any rewards show up for my order placed last Saturday. I'm sure it will all get worked out in the end though, guess I need to contact them on the site.
So many posts about problems with coins for discounts. What happened to great and fair pricing across the board without the hassle of rewards to track?
