I would like to rebuild my Vivi Nova head using hemp rather than cotton or silica, as it seems to be the safest material (no I do not smoke the other stuff, used to in high school but quit long ago). Both cotton and silica have negative health impacts when inhaled (which can happen in small doses if you don't handle your gear correctly). In any case, was looking for help/materials needed/perhaps a video or a link of a thread to guide me through the process. Thanks in advance.
