rGo Battery Not Charging?

My eGo is not charging as I understand. The charger use to glow RED while charging, and it will go GREEN when the charge is full. Now, it always green where the battery doesn't seem to have charge it glows thrice when pressed. It was working fine until I try charging it yesterday. Leaving in charger for hours doesn't work either.

What are you using on the battery, and what resistance?

The reason I'm asking those questions is if you are running low resistance devices - 1.8 ohm and lower - the protection on the battery may have permanently tripped. The scenario is it will charge or may already be fully charged - thus the green led on the charger. But the second you hit the fire button the battery blinks three times and shuts down - with or without anything being attached to the battery. Is that what it's doing?

Yes. It blinks three times and went down on no load. I use 2 ohm resistance clearomizer
