Ribbon Kanthal

Just got some Ribbon kanthal from a bud, noobking.
Tested it today and I must say, it performs exceptionally well.
A simple set up and hardly any need to shift position of wire due to hotspots.
Heats up really evenly.
Been using it for a couple of hours and no magical hotspots turning up... yet...

And the Mac is modded too, so that it doesn't leak and wicks just as well, without dryhits even when you chain it.

I would definitely recommended using this for genny users.

Gauge wise, I think noobking will pop in and share his expertise cos I have no freaking idea what's the gauge. lol...

Using it for almost 3 weeks now, the difference is really huge from regular kanthal!

Sir i bet ur getting the hot spot on top, what i do is when i set it upi do the petar k method ( coz the ribbon tends to bend and it leaves a crease) then i use my vari using 2.9 v i fire it and i fix the coil wile firing ( zen method ) and i put it back to my mech and thats it! no more hot spots!

My .1mm x .6mm arrived from Germany today as well. Took awhile to coil it on the Mini. Impressive stuff. It should be fun for all our fellow Gen heads...

For those who do rough estimation, per inch basis is about .74ohms.
