Avail Vapor, very knowledgeable staff and a flavor wall where you can try any of their flavors out. They have locations in Carytown and the West End and you can find their website here

Not sure where youre going to be but Voltage Vapin in Chester is also worth a visit even though its off the beaten path.

Avail has great juice. My favorite shop in Richmond is RVA Vapes, awesome people and great selection of hardware. I made the hour and a half trip up there to get my last 2 mods. They are at 6100 west broad street.
