Richmond (VA) reporter wants stories on how people quit smoking

We want to hear your stories if you've managed to quit tobacco. How did you do it? Did you have a health scare or other reasons motivating you? What advice do you have for others?

It would be helpful if some vapers who live in or near Richmond contacted the reporter TL Smith letting him/her know that you quit using e-cigarettes (and that the FDA approved smoking cessation products didn't work).

That would make a great followup story they are planning to write about November 15th Great American Smokeout sponsored by the American Cancer Society, which urged the FDA to ban e-cigarettes.
