Riding season is almost upon us

I look forward to this time of year. I insure the motorcycle for 6 months a year and it is almost time.... so I have been doing some upgrades and wanted to share... my girlfriend (who is a converted smoker and vapes with me, as is her son) and I take trips all over. so I wanted to make her comfortable. I also hated the leather bags I had, too easy to steal..

well I bought a trunk with led light spoiler

Padded back with arm rests

Fibreglass tanks with flip out doors, rear and side leds

HAHA this is more like strapping a bull between the legs than a horse

I had to tighten the rear mono shock which meant taking a lot of things apart... that little tool is to twist the spring. let me tell you this was not easy to do

I still have some work to do on light wiring and am working with the mfg to solve this. canadian company (ontario). I am going to rewire the pc board and tell them how to fix their light board when done... this is a video

Nice bike. I do a lot of aftermarket installation on HDs, etc. Recently did a Champion trike kit conversion on a soft tail. Super nice, but not cheap. Personally, I ride ATVs. Long live the 2 stroke!

Our first date was actually a bike trip... Christine is from Quebec and had never seen White Rock. She arrived at my place not knowing we were going on the bike and she was terrified at first. after a mile it was ok, as this thing is a caddilac.

This little outcrop of rocks is just below the walk on pier and a few kids were diving for starfish. wish we could have gotten some of the crab traps being pulled in....

This is why we took the bike, can't get to this beach with a car. I love the secluded beach. Awesome to just lay down in the sand, vape and watch birds and marine life. not many humans here

Very much like the tailights on the hardbags. Don't the shock adjust (turning) easier if you lift the body or tire?? Couldn't take the tire off and go up through there?

I guess you know what you're doing- they sure don't make things easy maint wise on bikes lately.

I have the Suzi1400, and it's major to get to the front airfilter, even with it just oilcooled. Miss my old XS650. These big twins rock tho..........

Appreciate the comments. I am reading them as I go. trying to pic out some photos as there are so many. Christine does the shooting, I just drive hehe...
Here's me and my best friend Dave. He just got his license and that Harley. I had to ride with him while he had his learners. This is out at a bird sanctuary in Ladner. Dave showed me this place, lived here my whole life and never seen it. We fed ducks and I had about 200 swarming around me as I dropped seed on my feet. what a rush actually

ya the leather bag fits up top but giving that set to Dave. the rack on top is for my mandolin LOL. I plan on doing some jamming in them mountains this year

the shock adjuster they say to remove the crap from left side of bike as well. I just grabbed a pry bar and stuffed down that little space and worked a charm

I am still around and read lots, I just dont have much to say. passing the torch for the advice stuff... I am still out converting smokers... even my boss is a part time vaper, as is dave and his girlfriend christina, so I do my duty to vaping still... and I help locals with supplies and such when I can. I actually still have to go see annamae, but did the bike this weekend and it was not easy when my brackets didn`t fit, lights werent wired right etc. I had toi rework the whole procedure

Nice rides, we rode in January in Hot Springs, Arkansas, beautiful country, a little chilly, but hey, I guess that's why we have layers and leather! Can't wait for spring to arrive!
