So, I have a bunch of 4oz bottles of RIO flavor concentrate here I was wondering if I could use for making DIY e liquid.

Here's their site:
RIO SYRUP COMPANY: Flavor Finder

It is PG based, and its soluble in water, so I think it should be ok, but wanted to check.

The directions on the bottle say to add 4oz of concentrate to 5lbs of sugar and add water to make 1 gallon of syrup which can be used to flavor sodas, slushies, etc.

The stuff is pretty bitter by itself though, so I'll need to add some kind of sweetener. I have 100g of pure sucralose, the stuff thats 600x sweeter than sugar, so I shouldn't need much.

Can I use that? If so, how? Just mix it in with some pg and add a few drops to the e liquid?
