RIP battery

what are some of the signs that our battery is about to die ? (permanently)

My husbands battery, he just took it off the charger, and it just isn't working. it is lighting up and not working.... then TA DAAAAA it works again. what's up? It's only 12 days old.

One of my batteries just quits now and then. I gently tap it and it works again. Just like magic!

I check my auto batts with extra light suction and no atty attached.....if it lights easy the batt is fine and the atty is plugging

crap. I think it might be the atty. Its the first time he's used this one.

no, I think it's both now, I put his battery on my atty and it worked. but I used my battery and his atty and it didn't work.

okay, so I've figured it out... his own battery and new atomizer don't want to work together. but his atty works fine with mine, as does his battery. I just don't get where the problem is. sorry for all the questions, I don't know where else to ask.

Sounds like a bad connection on the new atty. The center is probably not making contact with the battery center.

clean the threads on both, if that doesn't work he may have over tightened them and will need to pull the center(where the hole is on batt side) out a touch.

nevermind he just pulled the whole thing out in the center so now I guess its screwed... he said the soldering broke and thats why the whole thing pulled out too easy. oh well time to order new batts.

I was hopeing someone who remembered would jump in, but I think you just use needlnose pliers and pull on the nub at center on atty at batt side.it doesn't need much. but again it may just be easier to trade batts and slap him on the wrist if his works on yours.

well... although the whole little piece in the center fell out it works... it wasn't working before I guess he did screw it on too tightly... but now it just kinda works, I bet he can survive on it with his other working batt til the new ones come. and heck no he can't use my battery LOL I only have 2.. we need to order some more, really bad.

If ya got a soldering iron he can still fix the batt. its just pressed on

yeah that's what he said, he could fix it because he used to repair electronics back in the day, but we don't have one.
