riva 1000 mah

i got a riva 1000 mah and it lasted only three weeks .i sent it back to the vender.they sent another one and that lasted about two days.when i srew it into the charge which is unpluged the light liight on the charger turns red.when you screw in a cartomizer the light on the battery switch blinks three times and goes out.any one else having this problem?

Are you using a factory charger? Have you been able to measure the voltage?
