Riva 1100

Hi,
New member here since the UKVapers website appears to be shut down.

Need some help. Fairly new to all this vaping stuff and recently bought myself the Riva 1100 deluxe kit from Vapeescape. Only had it a few weeks but noticed just now that one of the batteries when plugged in to charge doesn't turn the charge light red instead it stays green or flashes green. Anyone got any ideas?

Hi and welcome to ECF. Realize the Riva is a rebranded/ the same A's the Kgo when searching for info. A solid PV. First try cleaning the battery and charger connection. It could also be the connector pin inside the battery has been pushed down and not connecting with charger. AT YOUR OWN RISK you could try GENTLY pulling the batt pin up a TINY bit. If this doesn't work I would contact the vendor. Sounds like it's the battery. never overtivhten anything on Amy PV- just finger tight.

I haven't had real problems with mine except taking longer to charge than what it says in the instruction booklet. Clean the battery contacts Vapoor said, should help a lot. Good luck to you. Let us know the outcome, I am quite curious.

I have an issue where if I screw my Riva 1100 battery too tightly into the charger the light will go from red to green, even when the battery needs to be charged. I found the solution is to not fully tighten the battery into the charger.
