I'm about to pull the trigger on the Riva 510 Carto Delux (Dual Core) kit at Liberty Flights, but I thought I'd ask about the relative merits of the "Dual Core" (low res) cartos first. Advantages? Down-sides?

Me? 1-2 PAD Analogs for 30+ years until 8 days ago. CT for two days then, off to the mall for an E-cig, so now, new (and very happy) vaper on the obligitory mall kiosk rip-off cigarette impostor model (SmokeToLive). I'm fairly happy with it performance-wise, but I can tell that both of my batts will be toast in about a week. I also have two "Healty Cig" cheapoes that I got at the head-shop that sells e-juice here in San Antonio, but they seem to have a smaller thread than the S2Ls. They actually seem just as good as the S2Ls, but the batts don't last more than an hour or so.

I have a Favorite Juce, but so far it's a mystery. Labeled "Arctic Menthol" but more like dark chocolate with a hint of mint... reminds me a LOT of Andie's Mint Chocolates. Problem is, I'm going to want more of this, so I guess I'll have to call Johnson Creek to try to figure out what it REALLY is. If anybody cares to comment on what they think it might be, that would be appreciated as well.

THANKS!

The most popular cartos for 510 threading are Boge, and on fat battery 510 devices, Boge LR 2.0 (since that Riva is 3.7v at Liberty-Flights - they have the correct manufacturer's latest version, I just move my standard res Boges back and forth between my Riva and 510)

Re dual core LR (1.5) - some people won't go that low on enclosed batteries like Ego and Riva and will only used stuff that sucks that much power with a mod with removable industrial-type batteries. And some people will go that low.

If you buy a carto kit then I recommend you also buy a couple of 510 atomizers and a 510 drip tip for testing juices.

Thanks, based on this imput, I'm going with the standard carto kit. Battery life is one of my main drivers here.
If you are concerned about battery like you might consider the E-power with replaceable batteries. This has alot of power and with a extra charged battery in you pocket you won't run out of power. I have the S.S. 14650 E-power and love it with a Dual Coil carto because it will hold up longer than with the ego/riva batteries and I think its cheaper in the long run because you only need to replace a cheap battery once in a while and they do have replaceable switches is you ever need one.

DOH! the kits with cases are out of stock. Maybe Ill just go with the Lite Bundle. Seems like a pretty good price, but I was thinking that the cartomizer approach would be more convienent/ easier to manage. Guess I'll just go ahead ad see if my existing cartomizers can be pressed into service once I get the Riva.

DOH #2! my Mall model batt just wen't dead in about half an hour! I better get off the pot and order something soon.
