RIVA button not working

Strange occurance...

My Riva's button is not working at all. It charges... and it works but it looks like it's stuck on. I can vape using it by screwing the atomizer on and off (which actually is less difficult than it sounds, just turn it a bit in your mouth) but it's really annoying.

Anyone ever have this happen? Just wondering. Guessing something melted or touched inside the button mechanism.

Some of the eGos and Rivas do, on occasion, come with a sticky button. I got one of those; it worked, but it was annoying. I contacted the vendor and had the battery replaced.

Well, it's not a new battery by any means... the 2 i'm using now were purchased around 4 months ago.

The button isn't stuck... it's free. I had an eGo with a stuck button once and that was downright scary (it got stuck in my pocket and started smokin') No light when pressed and stays on when atomizer is screwed in. Charges fine. It's weird.

There's a short somewhere, if not the switch perhaps the switching F.E.T.
