Okay Im havinga string of bad luck with charging on my ego and riva..
Ist the usb charger went out on the ego, Liberty Flights sent another one quickly and without question. At that time I realized what a bad idea it was to just have one PV set up and ordered a riva kit,AND extra charger . @nd day I had the rivas, the little rubber button just fell off... Liberty Flights again sent one right away...no problems. Now BOTH the Riva chargers...the usb attatchment parts are not working. One looks like it has a tiny inclusion in it maybe.. Light stays green and it does nothing,,, Luckily I had the extra..yesterday when I twisted a battery on it,it made a high pitched whistling sound.. Now that one does the same thing.
Are others having these types of problems????

The main thing I've run into is the need to keep the contacts clean. Before putting a battery on a charger I always wipe the battery connector with a twisted tissue. I'm pretty good about keeping things clean but consistently there'll be a bit of juice on either the threading or the positive terminal of the battery. I do the same whenever I switch cartos, wipe before putting one on.

I have actually been pretty careful about that.. The ego charger was a loose wire in the part you twist the battery on,and the two 901s,I actually usually also clean them on the charger side with a q tip and on the battery side with a twisted tissue also... Im wondering if this is an extension of my burnt carto curse? ;)
