Fellow Vapers, greetings from Indonesia :)
I just got my Riva today and already pop one atty :( this makes me wonder about the cone on the unit that supposed to be cosmetic addition, could this be the cause of the overheating that the atty popped ?
With the cone on the atty is covered with minimal contact to the room temperature so the atty takes longer time to cool down, so do you think it's better to take the cone off or modified it (drilling some ventilation holes maybe ?) to make the atty last longer ?
Regards

Cones wont pop your atomizers. Running atomizers dry is the main cause of death. Could have just got yourself a bad one it happens now and then. But if you are really worried about it you dont have to use the cone it will work with out it on there.

Alot of people say they get a better vapor hit with the cone on rather then off. Personally I don't notice a difference on or off. So you might want to try it both ways before you start drilling holes in it. You could be one that likes the vapor better with a cone on.
