hi all
I been vaping for month or so and I finally decided to buy the riva t kit ,it arrived 4days ago and everything seemed to be working well and I only use it for maybe a few hours a day ,ive only needed to charge twice so far but now the battery is completly dead no lights at all ,no vape and putting it on charge makes no differance the charger light stays green but still no lights on battery ??
just thought id ask if anyone has had this problem and is there a shut off button that i might have pressed without knowing about ? the other battery is working fine atty is good charger is good any advice on what problem might be before I contact eastmall to return it :(

thanks for reading

Sounds like it's not making a connection with the center pin.
Sometimes the center pin gets compressed into the battery and creates an open circuit.
Best to return it to Eastmall for a replacement than try to fix it yourself.

I see Rocket "Don't eff with the center pin" Man is on this morning, so I won't dare mention tweezers or paperclips. ;)

I now know it a faulty battery, after opening the other battery in the kit it came in it works allot better and the manual button presses down easier and i guess being a newbie i didnt realise that the red lights at the bottom were a power indicator level because the old dud battery there was always the full 5 red lights showing even on charge and I only knew it needed atleast some charging because it had been 2 days without. Anyway now Im just waiting for my email to supplier to be returned so I can hopefully get a replacement.

And just a note - never screw anything in further than needed to connect electrically and work. And that includes chargers. If you screw things in too far, it can depress the center post of the battery so low that it no longer contacts attachments or charger, then trying to fix that can destroy the battery because it's easy to screw up trying to lift it only a little.
