Unfortunately, there is not a direct method to check which mode your Vamo is in. When you hold down either the + or - button for about 10 seconds the Vamo will display the mode
it switched to, not the mode it was in prior to pressing one of the buttons. If the displayed mode is not what you desire, you have to hold down one of the buttons again for 10 seconds. Then it will display the mode it has switched to. Would really be nice if there was a combination of button presses which would instantly display the current mode without changing the mode. It would also be nice if once the mode is displayed, a single button press would toggle between modes. But, alas, wishful thinking.
This is probably the only thing about the vamo that confuses me,How do I know what mode I'm actually in???For instance I push the + and it displays NO1(AVG) Am I in NO1??? and if I want NO2(RMS)What is the quickest way to get there.Can someone explain this configuration.
