Hey guys, this is my first review so be “gentle” I ordered from James at http://www.thesmokesafe.com and promptly received my order 2 days later as I was told. Really nice guy, actually responds to his e-mails quite often.

The 4072-5 is a 4 hole atomizer Pen Style That is pretty common I believe, and It came in a nice Gift box with a magnetic flap, Pretty nice packaging all in all. It has a BLUE led he says he will have green, orange, and possibly red soon. So far my first impression of this company are good.

I put in one of the High Carts that came with it and started to puff on it.. First thing I noticed was that it was WAY easier to Draw on than my original Njoy Penstyles that were as I’m told 2 hole atomizers. Oh and he stated that he had pre-charged the batteries for 12 hours before hand. I used it All Day on an off, some times more often.. But that battery lasted ALL DAY.. Guess what they say about making sure the first charge is 12 hours.. .Because I charged my Njoy ones overnight… And they didn’t last near this long brand new out of the box..

The pen Style also produced as much if not more vapor than my Njoy penstyle did and I don’t feel like I am going to bust a vein in my head trying to suck some air through the darn thing. I have had it all in all a few weeks, Has not clogged, I have been using Cash e-liquid in it and Jane’s Kick juice with no problems.. and it is still Producing as much vapor now as it was when I got it. I wish I could say the same for my Njoy.. I have gone through 3 atomizers in the last month on the dang thing, they seem to plug up.. heck I had one die after having it 3 days.. just up and quit on me. I did like the Njoy but I am liking the 4 hole atomizer much better.

The main reason I decided to go through James is heck I Like the guy and on his website he is throwing in a FREE USB Charger with all starter kits. I like it because I do have spare extra batteries and I am now able to charge more than just in the orig charger. I don’t have to take my big charger to work with me, I can just plug in the little usb charger and vape to my heart’s content while another one charges.

I have ordered one and as soon as I get it and test for a few days I will be posting a review too. I did notice his is a little cheaper than some of the other sites I have been to, that’s the main reason I ordered, we will see if they are up to par with everyone elses but I believe it will be.

I haven't had the opportunity to order form James yet, but have spoken to him and he seems to be nice and up front. I've been talking to him about getting a USB battery. All questions have been answered very promptly. I'll post more when I've actually ordered and had a chance to test the product.

Prices on the site seem very competitive, not to mention the fact that I like to see some new blood mixing things up. Give the old standbys a run for their money. Maybe even get the prices on these things down.

I know this thread is a few days old, just had an update. I went ahead and ordered a USB batt for my 901 on the 26th from thesmokesafe.com and received it today. I've been puffing away all afternoon with no problems. Great vapor production, no overheating or any other glitches. I'll be posting a video by the end of the week.

It won't be anything original I know, but another demo will at least give curious buyers more info to go on.

Great shipping times, great service, and so far a great product too.

How are you emailing James? I tried emailing back to the address that sent me a notice about my order being shipped and it bounced. I looked on the site and the "about us" and contact pages say they are under construction. I'm sitting here with 2 USB batteries from him that I can't get to work.

I had mine quit on me too but it came back for some reason and hasnt quit. I does need to be in a usb 2.0 slot to work though.

Thanks, Jason. I had just read where you gave that monroe address in another thread so I just finished sending a note to that address. I appreciate the confirmation.

I posted about my problem with these in the technical issues section and was told it sounds like a contact issue. It was suggested I wad up a tiny piece of tin foil and see if I could make a contact and get vapors. Sure enough, that worked. That isn't a permanent solution, however, so I'm curious to see what James has to say. I'm also curious to try it with our other two atomizers when my husband gets home in a little while.

Hi Gabby, Glad to help. But i was discussing with James.. And i have had these units apart. And if the led is functioning... there is voltage.. as you found out with your tin foil.. What i am wondering is what model Pen style atomizer are you using? Because i use James'4 hole 4072, Steves 4072 4 hole and the Njoy on these and dont have contact issues, What im thinking the real problem here is... is that, when that atomizer was made.. maybe the threaded part was glued into the tube a little too deep.. does that make sense?? I have tried lots of atomizers from different people.. but the only way i can see your issue happening is a manufacturing defect on the atomizer.. ie: threads too deep something askew.. and to have both of your usb batts not make contact... seems very odd indeed. Im not trying to defend anyone or anything, just trying to find the most logical cause for the bad contact. I know with the 901 passthroughs the threads are weird.. and you have to make sure to screw it all together pretty tight to get a contact.. well anyways have a good one gabby.. Glad u got em working okay.

Yep, you're exactly right, Jason!

First of all, let me say James contacted me right away once I got the right email address for him. When my husband got home with our other two atomizers, the USB things worked perfectly with those two. So it was just my one atomizer. They're all RN-4072, some from Puresmoker and some from Smart Fixx. I suspect just a glitch with that one. Whew! I'm so happy this is working now. Ran to Walmart and got a USB car adapter thing. I'm jammin' now. Hee-hee!

Im glad you got it sorted out. I hate when things just dont work right lol.. But like i said, James has always been prompt with me and very straightforward, Much like Steve at Puresmoker, Always willing to help if he can. I hope that if i ever get my stock i will be able to perform such good service as those two have provided me. Although i am going to be selling locally first to get enough money together to get a US site started. I am located in Utah so i may be closer or farther from people and that always seems to be a deciding factor on whom i order from. I am sitting here at work bored out of my skull...guess i will watch another movie.

I bought my first 2 e-cigs from James and am very happy with the whole deal, he responds to emails very promptly! I got both the RN4072 penstyle and the DSE901. The charger for the pen overheats, so he's sending me another one, and one of the batteries doesn't work quite right, connection problem I think, and he's sending me a new battery too - and an envelope to return the old parts. Great service, will definitely do biz with him again.
