I know the feeling! I'm having pretty good luck w/ the EM's that Rob has on sale on his site. When they start to clog, I drill out one of the holes w/ a 1/32 drill bit. One problem w/ them though- I haven't figured out how to de-bridge them yet without affecting the ohms... There is a circular sleeve in them and if you're not careful, you'll pull the entire coil up when you try to mess w/ it. I've learned to leave this atty alone- they are cheap enough...when they go, they just go... p..l..i..n...k.......

A Reo with a rebuildable would be my ultimate pv! I keep reading about a bottom feed rebuildable, wonder why no ones taking a crack at it yet.
People are- it's just hard to master from what I understand. The main issue seems to be the "stems" that the wire connects to...they seem to deteriorate after awhile...and people want to be able to screw the wires in instead of twist them into needle eyes.

I could not wait to manufacture a rebuildable atty. I went to work and I built my own atty
