Never had a 555, never been able to replicate the 555 juice I got from a vendor, but I like this one OK.

4 Drops 555 tobacco Flavor (TobaccoExpress)
2 Drop Virginia tobacco Flavor (FlavourArt)

4 Drops Peanut Butter (ECigExpress Signature AKA TPA)
2 Drops Caramel (FlavourArt)
1 Drop Chocolate (FlavourArt)
1 Drop Ethyl Vanillin 5% in 50-50 PG/VG
1 Drop Coffee Mix* (See Below)
1 Drop Acetyl Pyrazine (ECigExpress Signature AKA TPA)

2 Drops 10% Ethyl Maltol

1 Drop Vape Wizard (FlavourArt)

0.5 mL 100 mg/mL in 50-50 PG/VG
1.5 mL 50-50 PG/VG

~3 mL at ~16 mg/mL

--------------------------------------------------------------
Quick age in a boiling water bath capped and allow to cool to room temp. Vapeable right away, about a day aging to be well balanced.

* Coffee Mix - The straight coffee flavor overpowers everything else so I cut it to a mix of:

5 drops Coffee Flavor (ECigExpress Signature AKA TPA)
1.75 mL 50-50 PG/VG base

Heat in a water bath and shake vigorously until well mixed.

Thanks for that. I have different brands of a few of the ingredients, but I'll try it out with what I have.

I'm vaping something similar (inspired by this) right now. It's really good!
There's this mix that I've been vaping a lot lately. I haven't actually gotten around to mixing it as an official recipe, but I mix it in my tank whenever it's time to refill. It's one part hazelnut tobacco, one part candy bar (caramel, chocolate, peanut butter), and one part plain tobacco (whichever SC tobacco I feel like throwing in). After reading your recipe I decided to add a dash of coffee to this tank. I think the coffee will stay in the final version.

Thanks. I have tried so many tobacco flavors with so many failures, but this one is at least OK. If you don't have or don't feel like screwing around making up Ethyl Vanillin solutions, a drop of Bavarian Creme (TPA) is a little different but the final mix is really similar.

I think the coffee adds just a little body that I like.

Tobbaco, arghh. So hard. I am still searching for my Holy Grail. Just clean old tobacco taste. Rich and smooth, not really sweet, but not dry tasting. Everything I have tried as far as Tobacco flavors is either not much taste, grassy, flowery, peppery, dry, harsh or some combination of all the above. So far I have decided sweet is the compromise I can tolerate the most.

But the search continues ... ;-)

Yeah tobacco's a tough one. Have you tried any of the other Tobacco Express ones (aside from the 555)? I've tried a lot of different tobaccos, and have had the best luck with those. Early on, I was after something that tastes like a cig. I've pretty much given up on that. (It's been a yr. since I've tried a cig, so maybe I wouldn't even be that into the taste if I did find the flavor anyway.) Seems like the best I can hope for are flavors that taste a bit like unlit tobacco smells... that and some tobacco flavors that don't really remind me of tobacco much at all - but still taste pretty good... whatever they taste like.

So far everything I have bought has been from ECigExpress, of course they are just a middleman but I like them, the prices seem reasonable and I like that I can get small quantities from them (some of this stuff, yuck) and they deliver to me at least very quickly.

And they tell you where the stuff actually comes from.

I only have the 555 and DHill from TobaccoExpress. I am interested in trying some others, may have to branch out from ECigExpress. I have about a half dozen TPA Tobaccos, about a half dozen FlavourArt Tobaccos, and just got one from FlavorWest.

Man some of them are really weird in my opinion. It seems like everything from TPA and FA is either peppery or flowery, although I have made a few OK mixes from them. Desert Ship, OMFG. It was vile but I vaped some after a month and it was actually pretty good, so I just made up a slight mod from my first and only attempt with it, but I'm not gonna touch it for at least a month. DK Tobacco and Flue Cured from TPA, wow, so bad even after a month or more I may never even try them again. Tobacco Absolute is too grassy although I often use a drop of 1 drop TA cut into 5 mL PG/VG. Even that dilute I can still taste it.

I have used TPA Red and FA Virginia a fair amount, neither are flowery or grassy, which I really hate. Both are OK but also not enough tobacco flavor and they get more and more pepper taste if you go up on the amount.

But yeah, I am starting to agree TobaccoExpress may become my primary or only tobacco in the future. The 555 and Dhill are both OK, not enough "tobacco" but none of the nastiness of some of the others. I have used the TobaccoExpress 555 way more than anything else so far ...

I also have the "whatever they taste like" thing going on. I guess most people do, lol.

I never smoked anything that did not have a Camel on it if I paid for it. For every cig I bummed I gave away a 100, but of course smoking OPs, depending on how bad I needed one I would smoke anything. Well almost anything. Menthol would be an act of desperation, and a Newport, that would have to be one I bummed in county lock up, but thankfully I have not seen the inside of one of those in 25 years and I kinda doubt they let you smoke in 'em anymore, so I for sure don't want to visit one again, lol.

I grew up near Durham NC, had family from VA. I know the brands that came from Durham and Chesterfield VA and that is about it. (Although I would be surprised if there are a dozen people on this forum that just know without conscious thought exactly what "LSMFT" means, lol).

I traveled quite a bit but it did not expose me to new brands. You can get Camels anywhere in the world. Russian cigs, horrible, but you could get a pack of Camels in Russia for about 14 rubles - $0.50 USD at the time. Taught me a lot about, among other unrelated things, lol, economics (what the market will bear), the price of a tax stamp, and the US policy of attempted tobacco prohibition via economic proxy, but did not expand my brand horizons any, lol.

Dunhills, 555s, most of these things I never even heard of before e-cigs. Just tried juice samplers and liked some more than others so now I try to DIY something along the same lines.

But really, I have no idea what a 555, Dunhill or a plethora of other juices actually means. I kinda suspect mostly it means nothing but ... :p

I made this one a few days ago. First impression was not too good after a power steep in ultrasonic cleaner. Maybe that method isn't the panacea I thought it was because, now, after a few days sitting, this is really turning around. It has a smooth, kind of creamy draw on inhale - the peanut butter comes through in what I think is just the right amount.

Overall, this one seems to be a nice formula. I'll add this to my recipe catalog.

Thanks Robert!
