OK, I should first warn you that I have never had a Dunhill analog of any kind, and have no idea what they are like. I got some "Dunhill" juice from a vendor, liked it, and this is my DIY take on that, it may be nothing like a real Dunhill.
0.6 mL 100 mg Nicotine Base in 50-50 PG/VG
1.5 mL 50-50 PG/VG
5 drops Dhill tobacco Flavor (tobacco Express)
4 Drops Plum Flavor (Perfumer's Apprentice)
4 Drops Caramel Flavor (FlavourArt)
1 Drop Cinnamon Ceylon Mix*
2 Drops 10% Ethyl Maltol
1 Drop 5% Acetyl Pyrazine (Perfumer's Apprentice)
1 Drop Vape Wizard (FlavourArt)
Makes ~3 mL @ ~20 mg/mL Nicotine.
* Cinnamon Ceylon Mix:
10 Drops Cinnamon Ceylon Flavor (FlavourArt)
3 mL 50-50 PG/VG
Warm and shake until homogenous.

I quick steep it in hot water and vape it. Steeping longer smooths it out more but it is vapeable after a hot water bath.
This mix has a similar taste and fruit character, but is somewhat dryer and less sweet than the vendor Dunhill mix I had, and packs more tobacco punch, all of which I like.
