How 'bout a few stories of Roberts supernatural ability to solve problems large and small here in Reoville.
I'll start. This weekend my mini mysteriously just stopped working. (see thread Help! - mini failure) So of course i came here for help. One hour and five minutes after i posted Robert responded with the solution. Some other good folks responded as well but - ONE HOUR FIVE MINUTES. Just sayin'. Thanks for keeping Reoville chuggin' along Robert.

HA! Honestly though I was shocked how much i missed my Reo for a half day only! Won't happen again though - another one's on the way to my mailbox.
The biggest issue I have with REOS is wanting them all!
And I love that Rob visits the forum frequently in spite of all the wood chucking, wood buying, metal anodizing, product development and order fulfillment on his plate. IMHO, it is above and beyond customer service.
