I started vaping on Dec 13 2013 and haven't smoked since. Awesome.

I broke my cherry with the ROK Legend. It's a cool looking ego-styler but when I realised I had to buy a new tankomiser every 5 refills (yeah right) I knew I was ready for something more DIY. Having done some research, and thanks to Scott Bonner's awesome reviews (igetcha69 - YouTube) and this forum, happened upon the GP range of atomizers and mods. They look great, particularly the latest Heron atomiser: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/rebuildable-atomizer-systems/503637-gp-heron-vapourart.html

So when vapourday kicks off tomorrow I will be in the line to buy a PAPS and a Heron and I think it will do me for good (although from the stuff I read here, that may not be true - is one mod/atomiser enough?).

I go clay shooting (yes I have a gun in the UK!) and when I left this morning I took my ROK with me, and the guys at the club were really interested in it. Some of them knew what it was, some of them didn't. But all were positive and mirrored my opinion that it is a no-brainer to swap from analogues. No more sneaky smokes while out doing anything - what a relief.

My local social club allows vapers to vape in the bar, the barman jokingly complains that he doesn't like it because it makes him want to smoke! I should try and convert him.

So not really a question post, just an announcement that switching to vaping has removed a massive anxiety from my life and made those sneaky smoking moments a thing of the past. It's also made me gain some militancy against what I see as tobacco company lobbyists from preventing us from living longer and making us subscribe to the evil analogues which pay their bonuses.
