Honolulu, Hi
I watched a review (vid below as well as link to the site) and it shows a ego type pv called the 'Rok Star'. It's only available in the UK from my knowledge. I'm thinking about actually buying it as the design of the atty and the tank system seems like it it'll work out much better than any ego tank system.

the main thing that catches my eye is the fact that it seems like a hybrid of fluxomizer/vision extreme and the cyclone (vornado) from Gotvapes but in an atty form. it seems like the wicking would work perfectly but i wonder if it'll have problems of over wicking and flooding the atty. Also, it DOES seem like an Ego-W but when you watch the video, the design is much different. Also it has an airflow adjuster and a very small band with an led that shows you your battery charge level.

what do you guys think?

Honolulu, Hi
I was just about to push the BUY button but then i saw that they charge taxes and the shipping only adds more to the cost. it ends up becoming even more expensive than a ego-t kit at a place like cignot. Also the fact that shipping times may not be fast and having to buy replacement attys would mean a pause in vaping. I think it would be better to wait for someone to import it into US so it's more readily available :p

The Rok Star in the review video is a prototype and not the launch version. I bought the launch version with different chamber materials and atomizer fittings and found a serious fault with the wicking. A vacuum builds up inside which stops liquid getting to the coil resulting in dry hits after a few vapes. Bought a Janty Neo recently and almost exactly the same problem with its puromzers.

Anyway, the Rok Star prototype that most reviewers gave good reviews to is actually based on the Ego-808 so I would get that one instead...should be more available to you than the UK 'exclusive' Rok Star.

Good information! at least we know what to expect if it does come to the US. i personally prefer to wait it out due to replacements being easier incase of a malfunction.

Not sure what vacuum Jin was talking about. I think it's just how it wicks in to the atty housing from the tank. Haven't had any real problems with it. I guess if you go crazy with drags but give it a couple seconds and it's fine again.

This one is similar to what I have, it's unbranded. The packaging on mine was different though.
