Rolled past 2 full weeks cig free 3 hours ago and new SMOK GX 2/4 yesterday!

Today is day four with the GX2/4 and really lovin it. Not just being able to vary wattage but also soft-normal-hard for how fast the coil heats can make a huge difference.

While have a Stick v8 for backup wouldn't want to have to go back to it. So ordered another GX2/4 kit, this one in blue, for $54.07 shipped. Not a US vendor but don't need it fast so went for the lowest price possible.

The TFV12 Cloud Beast King atty I ordered to play with arrived yesterday. OMG I ain't ready for that sucker yet if ever! I'll stick with Big Baby Beast and the T8 0.15 ohm coils for now.

The one hit is same as I've read on a few review: the battery latch can be a bit finicky. Oh and agree the finish seems like it will be much more durable than anodized like the alien.

Glad your setup works for you, keep it up and have liquid a plenty. I hope you diy juice cos that is one thirsty tank haha.

Tracking shows delivery Friday of the GX2/4 from VapeNW as well as new batteries from RTD. Not sure how much I will use it in 4 battery configuration, but will have 4 married up just in case. My stick V8 will be relegated to short trip use at least until my stock of M2 coils is low or out. That is a great price, but being old school, I'm sticking with US vendors,

Just put the Big Baby with M2 0.25 that was on my Stick V8 on the GX2/4. Working very nice with the Turkish juice I'm vaping. Started at 30w brought it up to 45w rockin really good there. Also switch to Hard for coils up fastest. Which is good since I have 10 M2 0.25 coils ordered that haven't even arrived yet lol. I'll do some head to head comparison with the T8 0.15 Octuple I'd already settled on for the GX with the Big Baby and already got 10 of those coils. Running the T8 0.15 75 to 80w "normal" for it's sweet spot this juice. Another tobacco juice running it down around 55-60w "soft" or it's harsh, but it's only a week or so steeped so will see how it fairs a few weeks or so from now.

Did just put the T12 on for a few hits too, much better this time hitting it more carefully then when I first put it on and hit it hard like was with the T8. Took it from 110w to 130w and it really started to tasted great. Just in short pulls lol. Actually hoping I don't like the T12 too much since have 4 T8 Big Baby attys (3 now another coming with the 2nd GX2/4) and like 20 spare T8 coils.

Batts have 4x4 LG HE4 and 4x4 LG HG2. Had already ordered the HE4 when I did further reading and ordered the HG2s. Both work fine even in 2 battery mode and T12 (up to 130w tried) but of course the HG2 last a bit longer. Only had it in 4 batt mode first day I got it playing around, makes it a BIG sucker for sure while 2 batt mode nice and sleek. Have made it a 16+ hour 400 puff day on single set of HG2s, down on the last bar bit didn't die. That was mostly 80w ~1.5 to 2sec hits.

Congratz, and that's a cool mod. I was looking at it a while ago. I guess there are a few of them that can swap between two and four batteries like that. How does it feel in your hand with four batteries?
