Rookie Question

Hello everyone. I'm 13 year analog vet who's been vaping on-and-off for about a year. I've been doing business with a company called Nulife. They're small, but have great customer service. Anyway, I've been interested in moving up to a more "advanced" atomizer. I'm thinking one that you drip directly or a tank. After reading and researching different websites, as well as this forum, I've become interested in going to an ego clearomizer. But money is an issue and I've been wondering, will the ego clearomizer (ce4 I believe it is) fit on my current battery, or does ego components require ego batteries? . From the images I believe my unit is a 510. Considering I have a nice battery, chargers, etc. I really don't want to get a starter kit. Any ideas?

Mmmm, CE4 Stardust, remember those quite well. Most base nowadays use either 510 or 510/Ego Cone connections. A 510/Ego Cone type base will have 2 threadings. One inner threading, this is the 510 connector, and a larger outer threading, this is the Ego Cone threading. If you have an outer Ego Cone threading, then yes, the CE4 will work, if not, still not a loss, you can get a 510 to Ego Cone adapter for very little money. However, if you do decide to go the route of a CE4 style clearomizer system, I'd suggest looking at the Innokin iClear16. The older style CE4s were notorious for leaking after a couple weeks, and being the coil/wick head was not replaceable, you had to buy another complete tank. So be careful what you are looking at, the iClear16 is same size, top coil design, and can be fully disassembled for cleaning, as well as the coil/wick assembly can be bought in packs of 5 and is replaceable, making for easy cleaning and longer life with these tanks as you are only replacing a 3-5 dollar USD head compared to 12 dollar USD tank every time the coil goes bad or dies. hth.

I've looked at their website. It appears that if you have the skinnypuff you indeed have a 510 connection. It appears that the superpuff is an ego (ego outside...510 inside) connection. In order to use most CE4 clearos, on the 510, you would need an adaptor....but it's going to look quite top heavy.

Adapter - 510 Battery to eGo Cartomizer

You might consider a smaller clearo on the smaller battery such as:

Kanger 510 T4 Clearomizer

If you have the superpuff...it seems the ce4 or any ego cleaor should fit.
