Rough Pototype JuiceTube

I figure if I can troubleshoot and repair medical equipment.. I can tackle the mysteries of the pv mods hehe

I am sharing a project in the works... it is operational... but is still a prototype meaning its UGLY as sin... being a working man with a family I don't have time to get the proper coponents (slowly but surely though) I pieced and parted this Frankenstein and hope to finish this in the near future....

atty is a modded prefab... one day I hope to make my own (most likely wont hehe)

I have a cut syringe with catheter(little plastic sleeve that goes around needle for protection from shorting) going up through the center hole of a modded KR8 cartomizer (gutted and vent hole basicly a sudo 901 atty)

I used the cartomizer since you can't run anything through the bottom hole of a 3pc atty

Is the idea to flood the atty from the bottom and drain the same way back to the bottle?

In terms of modding current atty designs, I've been thinking along the lines of feeding from the side and draining through the bottom back to the bottle via an accessible filter. Not sure if filtering is worth it though as going straight up and down the bottom (ooh) would be much simpler.

No I am not flooding the atty(i will have pics in the future, but if you have one you will see what I mean) the element of a carto is wrapped around a wick it actually drips on the wick

doesn't need much squeezing for this to happen


As far as your idea... in my mind I don't think you would need a filter but maybe a micro check valve (tiny one way valve) this way when you squeeze your bottle you still have a sealed "pressure" to displace the liquid

Well, for a single, bottom feed/drain I was thinking that a pump lever could also open/close the juice reservoir to prevent leaks.

I haven't really thought about thoroughly though, so take my ideas with a pinch of salt.
