Supe is right on as usual. I think I've been very careful not to "bash" anyone here, I'm just relaying what my personal experience has been.

Personally, I have no issue with the product at all, in fact, I'll probably wind up ordering another (backup, ya know). But I will be more careful about the shipping options, since it isn't gonna get here in what I'd call a timely manner.

Having said that, though, I do find it worrisome that the site has been down for several days now. Anyone know what's up with that?

It was in the link my bro. He's restocking :)

There's a whole supplier thread where Craig is involved and responds : Loki Lab Pyrex Tanks and Pro Rings - Page 73
Remember, he can't respond here. He does see all this stuff though. Sorta like people throwing rocks at ya with your hands tied. If people have issues, perhaps it's also good to put em in a place where the man can at least respond?

I must have missed the part where REOauts started to demand everything RIGHT FREAKIN NOW OR YOU AND YOUR COMPANY SUCK.

Craig's done nothing but right by me and is on a short list of good guys in the vape gear world IMO.

C'mon ya'll. this bashing stuff is getting tired.

If I came off as bashing him that was not my intention at all, I for one did not know about the thread or would've taken my concerns there. But the times I tried to contact them whether it was by phone or email I never heard anything back at all. I am just not sure how many lines of communication I need to search out to get a response about an issue with a product.

And as far as wanting my stuff now, I waited 11 days after ordering before bringing a PayPal dispute up to get the matter solved. I hardly think that is the act of an irrational customer and the absolute only reason I did that was because my emails and phone calls had gone unanswered. I understand he maybe a nice guy, but I am a pretty laid back dude too and teeter-tottered back and forth three days before I raised said dispute. Since then everything has been pretty good with them on my end which goes to show you even though I had an issue with them at first I continued to order stuff from them because I like the products.

While I agree there should be no "bashing" the people who have had some issues should not be immediately discredited just because he is a nice guy.

I, for one, appreciate folks being honest and open about their experiences with the vendors they deal with. Helps me decide who I wanna do business with. Honest feedback shouldn't be considered bashing, IMHO...

This!..........I haven't read where one person was not happy with the products that they received, only how long it took to receive the products themselves.

In fact, had been stated that "Products may take up to ten days to ship", I don't think anyone would of had a problem with it.

Me thinks this has been a lesson for Craig and the rest of us. All we can do at this point is to learn from it and move on.

I hear ya'll. It feels the same to me to hear bad things said about Craig as it would if I were to hear someone talking bad about ya'll.

That's all. I just don't like seeing negativity related to people I like. I feel this natural instinct to say something right or wrong.
