Nuppin and even the RM2 the router looks fantastic...the Divo/Cyclone, not so much to most peeps... Although I do think it looks rad on a Divo myself

I think someone compared the Router Bit on a Divo to a pregnant cow
Maybe on the So what if it looks like crap thread

Dang, sounding like these tips only fit the Odin which is a bummer. From what I have read: Nuppin is a no go, Cyclone out, RM2 no way. Anyone try one an RM4 or 6? Might just to have to find a home on one of my non-BF RDAs like a Quasar, Zenith V2, or Stillare.

Just tried the Router Bit on a MCV Atomic
If the RM4 is a 1 to 1 clone it will work beautifully
The Router Bit ends right at the beveled edge of the MCV Atomic

My god the Router does NOT look bad on a Nuppin! It's actually Sumpin! (If only I had one of those!) But the router does look GREAT on Nuppin, Odin/ Rogue.. I love them gosh darn rout's. I'll take all the Routers of you guys hands! Let me know!
Edit: see the lonely rogue in the middle of the Reos? Yeah, it needs its own Router! Someone hit me up or I'll just have to order more off of Craig!

January 17, 2015 , 9:07 am Departed USPS Facility SANDSTON, VA 23150
January 17, 2015 , 2:49 am Arrived at USPS Facility SANDSTON, VA 23150
January 15, 2015 , 11:06 pm Departed USPS Facility LOS ANGELES, CA 90009
January 15, 2015 , 10:15 pm Arrived at USPS Origin Facility LOS ANGELES, CA 90009
January 15, 2015 , 9:00 pm Accepted at USPS Origin Sort Facility LOS ANGELES, CA 90040
January 9, 2015 , 7:42 pm Shipping Label Created LOS ANGELES, CA 90040

So it looks like 6 days from "label created" to "Accepted at USPS Origin Sort Facility, LA". From there (the actual Post Office), it was 2 days to my mailbox, CA to VA. So total of 8 days, 6 between first status and receipt at the PO. I can't blame the PO.

I am a very patient man.

I paid for priority shipping on the 6th and at the time I understood that my items would take 2-3 days to ship. ( An Odin and 2 Routers) On the 9th the shipping label was created for my package and all was on track. It did not show up at the sorting facility until the 15th, 6 DAYS later. Where the hell did the priority shipping go? It finally arrived today ( the 17th) 11 days to go 450 miles? Really? Don't get me wrong as I dig the products that they produce ( have another Odin and an Omega as well) but, damn Loki Lab, get your shyte together!

This. ^^

Love the products but hate the shipping. And I just can't buy into the hobby thing, to me it quits being a hobby when you're taking people's credit cards for payment. That may seem crass but to me a hobby is something you do for fun, and it just seems like a cop out to explain why it takes so long from payment to actually shipping on in stock items. :2c:

Will I buy more Loki Labs stuff? Probably will, I love their atties and drip tips but would like to see a little of that reciprocated in getting the things I payed for to me in a timely manner.

While I think Craig has good intentions about his products, he should refund all shipping costs to everyone that didn't get their packages within the 3 day priority time period. I think the post from AC earlier is proof that Craig has lied to his customers. It clearly states it was printed on the 9th, (Friday), yet not accepted by USPS until the 15th, (Thursday),... That would tell me he didn't drop the package off the day of or the next day after the label was printed. Yet he continues to pawn the problem off on USPS... The USPS in L.A. is not that slow or fraudulent... This to "me" is unacceptable from a vendor and I would never buy anything from him again. I know this sounds harsh and I know life gets in the way sometimes, but with 4+ months of excuses as to why the router tips weren't made as promised to his fan base is unacceptable. It would seem he has been caught in his own lie about shipping, what would make me think he wasn't lying about manufacturing times? I've seen this on occasion over the last 4 yrs with various vendors and most of them are gone now, he will probably be next... I know he's gotten the last dollar he will ever see from me... I can't see why everyone would buy from a vendor like this!!!

I still can't understand why he continues to drop his packages off at the same processing center when he has at least "5" post offices within a 5 mile radius of his shop... The only thing that makes sense is he really doesn't care about his customers because he already got his money, and he knows "eventually" the customer will get their product...

Did you pay for priority shipping?

I paid $5.80 for shipping, but wasn't really paying attention to what type of shipping it was. The confirmation email did say 2-3 days before shipment. I placed the order on 1/8 and received it on 1/17. I'll let everyone draw their own conclusions.

AP, I'd say it was shipped priority... the delay entirely on Craig and not the USPS, like it has always been with my packages from him. I see the point about charging for priority and then sitting on a package for days before turning it over to the USPS as being a very poor way to conduct business. Don't see that ever changing though, so I guess how bad you want his products will dictate how much you will tolerate his shortcomings.

Craig @ Loki Lab <craig@lokilab.com>

9/8/14

to me
Hi <edit - my name>,

I do not have a listing yet for replacement screws/orings but will in the very near future(as soon as we add 1st class shipping option hopefully this week)

The oring size is 13mmx1.5mm if you are in need right away. Should be able to find at most local hardware stores.

$5.80 is the price for USPS Priority 1-3day shipping. If it were me I'd be dropping Craig a note asking for a refund of postage and let him deal with USPS if it were their problem.. That's just me though... I'm guessing its not USPS's fault though.

My experience is that LA USPS sucks at scanning so you may or may not ever have updates until it gets scanned at the destination. But they are hitting close to 3 days. Priority mail is not guarantied 2 or 3 day service, it's best effort. If you want guarantied 2 days service you need to pay 3 to 4 times as much and go with UPS or FedEx. When you pay for Priority shipping that is all you paid for and not expedited processing by the shipper.

I order from multiple venders and not all vape related in the LA area that have to ship to the Chicago area. Being the 2nd and 3rd largest cities they both have multiple processing centers and some of my packages makes multiple stops in each city, three days is the norm and 4 is not unheard of. When the origin is a smaller city like Rob in Maine shipping to me I get them 1 day sooner.

I understand Craig's had family issues and I'm sure all would agree that those take priority. What he should do is adjust his policy to set expectations. Something like " I will be shipping once a week, orders in by Monday at noon will be delivered to the PO by Friday, all other orders will be the following Friday." then expectations are set and you'll be delighted if he exceeds them.

I'm no fan boy of Loki, have never dealt with Craig personally, think the Odin is blah (I'm a single coil, 1 ohm vapor) like the Omega DT think the Router is just alright.

Somewhere out there
www.youtube.com
There's a whole supplier thread where Craig is involved and responds : http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/showpost.php?p=15059116
Remember, he can't respond here. He does see all this stuff though. Sorta like people throwing rocks at ya with your hands tied. If people have issues, perhaps it's also good to put em in a place where the man can at least respond?

I must have missed the part where REOauts started to demand everything RIGHT FREAKIN NOW OR YOU AND YOUR COMPANY SUCK.

Craig's done nothing but right by me and is on a short list of good guys in the vape gear world IMO.

C'mon ya'll. this bashing stuff is getting tired.

The product is great; if he doesn't run the business in the manner that you would run it then buy something else somewhere else. For myself, I like the product and if he is a little slow on the shipment I find that OK. I have ordered things that I got quickly and wish that I have never seen it. For me, quality trumps speed.

Supe is right on as usual. I think I've been very careful not to "bash" anyone here, I'm just relaying what my personal experience has been.

Personally, I have no issue with the product at all, in fact, I'll probably wind up ordering another (backup, ya know). But I will be more careful about the shipping options, since it isn't gonna get here in what I'd call a timely manner.

Having said that, though, I do find it worrisome that the site has been down for several days now. Anyone know what's up with that?
