Got my ceramics yesterday and filled one up w/ a 50/50 mix. Vaped like crazy for ten minutes, then just a burnt taste. So I did some googling, followed some links, watched some vids. I guess it just doesn't wick fast enough with vg. So I filled one with the lowest vg I have (20%). Still a wicking issue.

Went to the store and got some PTB's and removed the existing wick, did the mod, destroyed one carto in the process. The one I didn't ruin seems to be vaping great now.

So here's my question. Why does the tea bag work when you have cut the wick? Does the tea bag wick until the top then pass the juice along to the tiny remaining bit of wick which passes it to the coil?

Wouldn't it work just the same if you left the wick in and still put the PTB in there?

And Why is this such an issue in the first place? Isn't this the 4th revision? When is this problem gonna be fixed? How many revisions does it take?

Are these the maximum capacity carto out there for the 510? Thats really all I'm looking for - a carto that holds a ton of juice. Don't care if its no filler or made of ceramic. Just want it to the the same shape and roughly size of a 510 cart/atty (so I can use the cone), and holds a ton of juice.

I was the 1 star review but figured out it was my fault if you fill and let sit long enough they work great. They take about 40 drops to fill and I top off with 10 drops every so often. Been using 1 for a week constantly and still firing.

I'm starting to run into these issues too. They have been leaking, and am getting a mouth full of juice sometimes. At first I thought it was because I took out the inner silicone ring for cleaning and maybe didn't reseat it properly but the exact same thing has been happening with a new untouched R4. I was going to try to mod them by adding filler in the reservoir, so hopefully that will help with the leaking. Just bought some genuine Joye 510 cartos so going to try those next.
I can't stand it when I get juice in my mouth.
