RSM Doodlebug SE Glass

I'm looking for new glass for my beloved Doodlebug SE and was told by Rocket Science mods that the tank's glass is 22 x 22 x 1.8. I know that OCD has Vela Latina glass that's 21.8 x 22 x 1.8. A strong guess is that this should work just fine, since there needs to be some tolerance allowed...but that's just a guess. Any advice or opinions please?

Hi Raymond, 0.2mm is 0.0078" or slightly thicker than a sheet of paper. I would say for all useful purposes it is the same. As you mentioned the room at the ends of glass between it and the metal is very important so that the glass does not touch metal because if it is touching the smallest shock can break the glass.

I would say pick one up and use it to get a first hand feel, if the extra four thousandths at each end are a cosmetic bother then let me know and I will make the other size.

Do you know the oring size for this atomizer?

Raymond, sorry about being so late in getting back to this. I went ahead and added the RSM Doodlebug Tube as per your dimensions by its own name. Going through adding several others along with it.
