FYI, it says there are airholes on both sides which wouldn't work for single coils. Not sure why they would do that.

I can't tell much from the crappy picture. Most people say to put the air hole right next to the coil. Not sure how that one would work even with the adjustment factor.

vj my coils are 6 wraps for 1.5, not 7.

Ooooh thanks for lightning vapes code, gonna go use it!!!

Got my AGA T3. No time to tinker yet. Was checking it out and noticed that at bottom of wicking hole is two holes that I assume let juice into wick. Should I try and have wick coming out those holes into bottom of tank? Or leave it hust long enough to reach the bottom if wicking post? Does that make sense? Lol...

Then I should order 2mm ekowool, I've never used it. Not sure about swelling... And it just occurred to me that would be hard to feed into coil after wrapping it... Hmmmm
If you go to the KP link they give the exact sizes but the insulated hole is just over 3mm. 5/64 is about 2mm. Yarn would work fine I would think. Just get it far enough into the tank. While you vape you tilt the whole thing like a top coil clearo to keep the wick wet at the deck.
Leave enough sticking out the top of the coil so that you can grab it and pull out to change just the wick.

tbh I wasted money on hollow ecowool. No idea if the braided stuff is better, but it doesn't wick quickly enough for me. You can dry burn it for days though :)

I haven't tried cotton yet on my rsst - I've been using readyXwick at 1.0 ohms and it has been working great!
hollow, split 400 ss mesh for me was disappointing.. as was silica.
you guys got some nice builds on there.:vapor:

gimme some more details!

I have like 6 inches of skinny readyXwick and am wondering if microcoils hinder performance or not. Cotton is still king in my RSST.

Bought 2 AGA T2s on sale for 14 at 101vapes. Like em so well I ordered 2 more.

The wife liked the RSST so well that I gave her the second one. Only problem is the overdrilled holes and the whistle noise. I received 2 of the adjustable caps from madvapes. Around 14 and they had a 15% off code for Memorial Day. Yes they have 2 hole on opposite sides. They do seem to work well though for the wife and got rid of the noise. She played around with the adjustment today and says she found a sweet spot.

Stopped at a b&m that had T2s for 65 and RSSTs for 55. Pass

I kinda like the adjustable RSST caps from Madvapes too. Thought they would suck for a single coil build but turned out to work way better than expected.

I picked up a RSST pyrex this morning and I've been loving it all day. It's found a home in my daily rotation and now I can stop fooling around with crappy cheap fasttech Aqua and Squape clones and a Patriot clone with an almost striped out positive post screw.

It was a little tricky to wick the first time but so far no dry hits and flavor is pretty good for such a large chamber. I drilled the airhole to 1/16th and may go a little bigger. Rocking a 28 gauge 1.2 Ohm micro wicked with cotton!

Looks good on my Magneto too!
