I ordered one of these from madvapes the other day. I have been using strictly genesis atomizers for about the last year and I must say, I am pretty darn impressed with this thing. I generally don't have too much trouble getting a wick and coil going but this RSST is pretty much fiddleless. The coils all lit up evenly right away. The large wick holes allow me to put a nice fat solid wick in it. It is almost over-wicking without tilt. It also has an adjustable air hole. I don't think the first RSST had this so it was a nice bonus when I discovered this! 
It also has more mass than I thought it would. Probably not close to what the AC9 is but it still has a nice solid feel to it.
Overall, I am really happy and impressed with it so far.
